Cut to fit the space
A mirror made for your alcove or chimney breast looks a great deal better than the nearest off-the-shelf size with a gap round it. We measure, cut and fit, including awkward shapes and openings that aren't quite square.
Bathroom mirrors
Bathrooms want a mirror with a moisture-resistant backing, otherwise the silvering starts to creep and spot at the edges within a few years. It's a small difference in cost and a large difference in how long it looks good.
Fitting it safely
A large mirror is heavy and belongs on proper fixings, chosen for what's behind the plaster. Where a mirror is somewhere it could be knocked — a hallway, a child's room, a gym — we'd use safety-backed glass so it holds together if it's ever broken.

Common questions
Can you fit a mirror to a wardrobe door?
Yes, and it's usually bonded rather than screwed so there's nothing showing on the face.
Do you do bevelled edges?
Yes. A bevel is a chamfered polished border that catches the light and gives a plainer mirror a bit of quality.
Can you take the old one away?
Yes, we'll remove and dispose of the old mirror while we're there.
