Your enquiry is emailed to us and kept on our system so we can deal with your request. We keep it only as long as needed for our work and legal obligations.

Photos you send us
If you send photos with an enquiry, they are resized in your own browser before they leave your device — which also strips the location and camera information your phone attaches to a picture. We never receive the original file or where it was taken.
The resized photos are emailed to us with your enquiry and a copy is kept on the website's server for 90 days, after which it is deleted automatically. We use them only to understand the job and give you a price. We do not publish them, and we do not pass them to anyone else. If you would like a photo deleted sooner, just ask and we will remove it.
Estimates from photos
Any figure we give you based on photos and measurements you have supplied is an indicative estimate, not a fixed quotation. Prices are confirmed once we have seen the job.
