A bay is where a blown unit shows worst

The good news is that a bay is several separate units working together, so the failed one can be changed on its own. No. Each unit in a bay is separate and can be changed on its own. Some people do the lot when two have already failed, purely so the glass all matches in age, but there is no need to.
